Ingredients
  • 2 oz Monkey 47 Gin
  • 3 oz fresh apple cider
  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz simple syrup or honey syrup
  • 2 oz ginger beer
  • Ice
  • Apple slice and cinnamon stick for garnish

Directions
  1.  Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the gin, apple cider, lemon juice, and simple syrup. 
  2. Shake well and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Top with ginger beer and gently stir.
  3. Garnish with an apple slice and cinnamon stick.
